Public marketplace · live accounts and memberships

You bring the problem. We create the marketplace for the solution.

Describe the problem and the outcome you need. SOLVED connects customers with qualified service providers and lets eligible Solvers submit proposals. Customer and Solver memberships are available through Stripe. Eligible contracts can be funded through Stripe after account and payout checks.

Two ways to solve

Start with the problem—not the profession.

The customer does not have to know whether they need an engineer, contractor, consultant, technician, programmer, or another specialist. The marketplace starts by understanding the problem and routing it to capable solvers.

Model 1

Solve It For Me

You know the problem and what you are willing to pay.

1

Describe the problem, desired outcome, deadline, location, and contract amount.

2

The platform identifies appropriately qualified solvers.

3

You approve a solver. Eligible contracts can then be funded through Stripe.

4

Work begins only after SOLVED confirms funding. Releases follow the agreed completion criteria.

Model 2

Let Solvers Compete

You know the problem—but you do not set or publish a budget.

1

Post the problem, outcome, deadline, constraints, and required qualifications.

2

Qualified solvers submit sealed proposals: solution + price + time + credentials.

3

You compare proposals and select best value, not automatically the lowest price.

4

For eligible contracts, work begins after SOLVED confirms funding.

Stage 5 · Solver Subscription System

SOLVED Membership Plans & Checkout

Customers and RFP posters pay $5/month or $50/year. Solver plans start at $19/month. Annual billing gives two months free compared with monthly billing. Select a monthly or annual plan. Choosing a plan now takes you to SOLVED's real account and subscription checkout form. Checkout availability depends on account verification and production payment configuration. A membership is activated only after the payment provider confirms the payment.

Membership access and billing

The plans above show the available customer and solver memberships. A paid plan becomes active after Stripe confirms checkout; your account shows its current membership status.

Membership provides access to the tools described for that plan. It does not guarantee that a solver will be selected or ranked above another solver.

Customer membership: $5/month or $50/year, including RFP posters. Pay annually for 12 months of access at the price of 10. Solver subscriptions are separate and start at $19/month.
Contracts & Funding

Contracts, Funding, Milestones & Releases

After a customer selects a Solver, both parties can agree on scope, milestones, and release conditions. Eligible contracts can be funded through Stripe; begin work only after SOLVED shows that funding is secured.

How contract funding works

Customers and solvers agree on the scope, price, milestones, and release conditions before work begins. The platform records those terms against the contract.

Payment confirmation

A contract is shown as funded only after Stripe confirms the payment. Funding status appears only after Stripe confirms payment.

Milestone review

The customer reviews submitted work against the agreed milestone terms before a release is approved.

Changes and closeout

Changes to the agreed scope require both parties’ approval. Contract status and payment records reflect the actual transaction.

Contract payments and solver payouts depend on account eligibility, Stripe payment confirmation, and the solver completing Stripe payout onboarding. Applicable fees are shown with the transaction terms.
Trust & Verification

Identity, Credentials & Contract History

Check the evidence behind an account before entering a contract. Verification status, payment readiness and completed work are separate signals.

Identity Verification

Identity checks may be required for certain activities or contracts. Supported government-ID and selfie checks are completed through Stripe Identity and linked to the user’s SOLVED account.

Account setup requires a legal name, verified email, country, and city, town, or village. Street addresses and postal codes are generally optional; a provider or specific review may request more.

Business & Professional Credentials

Business accounts require business verification. Licenses, insurance and qualifications have their own review status; identity verification does not establish these credentials.

SOLVED does not currently provide automatic checks against business registries, license databases, insurance databases or sanctions lists, or an external device-fingerprinting or risk-scoring service.

Funding & Payout Readiness

An active membership or verified identity does not mean a contract is funded. Check the contract's actual funding status before starting work.

Solvers must complete Stripe payout onboarding and receive provider approval before payouts can be made.

Registration & Identity Verification

Verification Based on Account and Country

SOLVED collects the information needed to create an account and identify the user. Additional identity, business, or address checks may apply to a specific activity, contract, legal requirement, risk review, or payment-provider requirement. The required documents and methods can vary by country.

Current account requirements: users provide a legal name, verified email, mobile phone, country, and city, town, or village. Phone verification is required for account access. Street addresses and postal codes are requested only when a payment provider or specific review requires them.

Individual Accounts

Account details
✓
Legal name and email
A legal name and verified email are used for account access and marketplace records.
✓
Country and profile location
Country and city, town, or village are required. A street address and postal code are not required for ordinary access.
✓
Phone number
Phone verification is required to create an account. If a code does not arrive, confirm the number and country code, then retry after the resend cooldown. The provider may apply additional checks.
✓
Identity verification
When an identity check is required, SOLVED can use Stripe Identity for supported government-ID and selfie checks. The user completes the check through Stripe’s hosted verification flow.

Business Accounts

As applicable
✓
Authorized representative
The person acting for a business may need to complete personal identity checks for a contract or payment-provider requirement.
✓
Business details
The legal business name, registration details, address evidence, and tax identifiers are requested when applicable to the entity, jurisdiction, law, or payment provider.
✓
Separate review statuses
Identity verification does not by itself verify a business, professional license, insurance policy, or qualification.
✓
Provider and jurisdiction limits
Accepted documents, identifiers, and available checks depend on the country and the provider’s supported services.

United States

An EIN or another appropriate tax identifier may be requested when required for the entity, a legal obligation, or payment-provider verification. An EIN alone does not establish tax-exempt status. Any required Social Security information should be entered through the provider’s secure verification flow, not stored in SOLVED’s ordinary account profile.

Canada and Other Countries

A business number, registration number, tax identifier, or additional address evidence may be requested when applicable to the jurisdiction, entity, legal obligation, or payment provider. SOLVED does not claim that the same document or registry check is available in every country.

Checks SOLVED does not currently automate

SOLVED does not currently perform automatic business-registry, professional-license, insurance, sanctions-list, device-fingerprinting, or external risk-score checks. Those statuses are not implied by completing an identity check.

Privacy: identity documents and sensitive business or tax information should be submitted only through an approved secure provider flow when requested. SOLVED records verification outcomes and requests only the additional information needed for the applicable check.

Problems looking for qualified solvers

Current opportunities are available to signed-in Solvers through the dashboard’s “Find Problems & RFPs” search. This public page does not show sample listings.

Sealed competitive proposals

Compare solutions, not just prices.

How comparison works: proposals stay sealed from competing solvers until the bidding period ends. Customers can then review actual submissions against the opportunity requirements. No sample providers, prices, scores, or ratings are displayed here.
Professional opportunities

RFPs & Contract Opportunities

Organizations can publish formal Requests for Proposals. Qualified Solvers can search for opportunities and submit sealed proposals through their SOLVED accounts.

For organizations

Post an RFP

Describe the scope, qualifications, deliverables, deadline, and evaluation criteria. Budget disclosure is optional. Sign in as a Customer and select “Post an RFP” in the posting form. An active Customer membership is required.

For qualified professionals

Find RFP opportunities

Sign in as a Solver, then use “Find Problems & RFPs” in your dashboard to search current opportunities and submit a proposal before its deadline.

Model 1: state the amount you are prepared to pay. Model 2 intentionally does not accept a customer budget; qualified solvers submit competing prices.
Post an RFP

RFP budget disclosure is optional. Unlike Model 2, formal RFPs may disclose a maximum budget or funding range when the issuing organization chooses to do so.

Model 2 proposals are sealed from competing solvers. Evaluation-stage proposals should provide enough detail to evaluate the solution while protecting proprietary implementation details until award and funding.
